What is the schedule like?

Courses run for three weeks, every Monday to Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, with two days off.

Mondays - 2 to 3:30 PM EST

Tuesdays - 6 to 7:30 PM EST

Wednesdays - 2 to 4 PM EST

Thursdays - Off / Self practice with the group

Fridays - 2 to 3:30 PM EST

Saturdays - 2 to 3:30 PM EST

Sundays - Off / Self practice with the group

The full itinerary will be finalized and emailed within 24 hours before the first class.

How long are the classes?

Each class is 1.5 to 2 hours long. We love what we do and classes may go longer then the scheduled time.

Is there a discount if I've taken the course before?

Yes! If you've taken the 101 before, you'll only pay $99 instead of $222. Check your closing email for the coupon code. You can also email us, or connect over social media. [email protected]

Where can I join the classes?

Each class will be held over Zoom. We'll use the same Zoom link for all our events. The Facebook group link, Zoom link, meeting ID, and password can be found in your welcome email, the itinerary, and the course portal.

Where can I download Zoom?

If you're using your laptop computer:

Go to the website https://zoom.us. You can download a copy of Zoom and find it by going into "Resources." When you click on resources, you'll see a button on the bottom that says "download Zoom client." When you click download, it will open up the download center in a new window. Click the first option, "Zoom desktop client," to begin your download. Once downloaded, double-click on the file and follow the prompts to begin the installation.

Apple and Android users for mobile and tablets:

Go to the Apple Store or Google Play store and search for Zoom.

A complete video walking you through the download process is available in the client portal. A login and password is issued automatically after your payment has been processed.

How do I join the Private Facebook group?

The private Facebook group will be created and available 24 hours before the first orientation event. The link will be emailed to you, along with the course itinerary, within 24 hours before the course starts. This info will also be made available in the client portal.

What do I need for the classes?

We suggest you bring a journal to keep track of your more profound moments, water, relaxed clothing, headphones, a safe place that will allow you to stay present, and an open mind to help you get the most significant benefit from these meditations and lessons.

I can't make it live. How do I access the course replays?

All class recordings will be available in the course portal (https://courses.KhanKnight.com). You can use the email you registered with and the forgot password link on that page if you've misplaced the password emailed after registering.

How long will the replays be made available?

The Facebook wall and the course platform will be available for one week after the course. You can extend your access for one year with a one-time payment available at checkout. Tip:: it's cheaper if you buy it now with the course.
